Domino's Pizza

"I understand that there may be delays due to the weather, which makes me wish I'd written this review sooner, but I kept giving my location a chance. I ordered over an hour ago. Dominos Tracker said my order would be arriving in a few minutes then it went back to "Prep". I tried calling the store and was on hold for 18 minutes the first time. I'm still on hold for the second call at 26 minutes and counting. I have ordered from this location since I moved here nearly 12 months ago. I have ALWAYS waited for more than an hour for my pizza to get here. I always have to reheat it and I'm four minutes from their location. Free pizza or not, this is it for me. Please note that the one star not for their delivery drivers; they are consistently courteous. If I could give the location zero stars, I would."

"Watched the order tracker and there is no way it is accurate. We got our pizza and it was ice cold. We live 5 minutes away. Our delivery person carried it in the rain to our porch. This is why we do not order from Dominos. We won’t make that mistake again. No telling how long our pizza sat in the store before delivery."

"Owner is trying to run it into the ground, waste your time elsewhere. Editing the review to include that the pizza was cold and gave my wife and I food poisoning. Please do not eat here. I’ve also sent an email detailing the poor experience to the address provided in the response."

"We had a standing order with this location for the same day for years for delivery to our work location. Today, without notice, the delivery did not come. After calling the location and waiting at least 15 minutes on hold, we were informed that the person who handled our order had left that location and we would have to call in each time going forward for the standing order, that they could not keep up with it for us as a standing order. I'm guessing they are so successful, they no longer need our business. Happy to oblige on that note."

"I looked at the reviews to see if it was just me…but I’m seeing a consistent issue with timing. I’ve been at the same address for 25 years and have always ordered here. As of lately…it is taking over 2 hours for people to get food (myself included). 1 time there was an ETA posted for over 2 hours before I ordered. I appreciated that because it gave me a choice to decide if I wanted to wait that long. Tonight when I ordered…it said 47-54 minutes. I ordered right before 5:30pm and got my pizza a little after 7:30pm. False expectations! Suggestion: when a customer is ordering online…put the right ETA online before we order to set expectations."
