Domino's Pizza

"UPDATE on 2/20/2024: NO ONE EVER REACHED BACK OUT TO ME!! The reply from Domino's below is total BULLSHIT. Don’t order anything from this location or from Domino’s at all. I tried calling this store again several times on 2/18 and no one picked up. I visited the store and there in-person encounter was even worse, I typed out a response to the email they provided below… and NOTHING. I called while in the store; NEWSFLASH the phone didn’t even ring. The acting GM (Ian) was arguing with an employee in front of me for several minutes. Then when I spoke to him about my order he said that he couldn’t access the order from the previous day to give me a refund or I had to bring the food back for a refund. This is ridiculous!!! I JUST WANT A REFUND!!! Time for a BBB review/complaint. 2/17: The ABSOLUTE WORST! Placed an order; estimated delivery was 30-40 minutes. Got food 1.5 hours later and couldn’t even eat what I ordered. Dough was raw and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Tried calling the store and got hung up on. Called again, got disconnected. Tried again and no one ever picked up. This is not the first time we’ve had an issue with this location. That’s not cheese stretching in the pic, that’s DOUGH."

"Beyond disgusted with this location. Placed an order at 4:57 and it took over an hour to get delivered?!?!?! While watching the real time tracking, the delivery driver sat in one spot for over 20 minutes. EVERYTHING had to be reheated and to top it all off, I called over 7 times and not once did they answer. Steer clear of this location if possible. If you hate what you do, why are you still doing it??"

"1:45 minutes late google them they were 3 minutes away. On Google maps my friend literally had hair not one piece but two pieces. Drove to the the location for refund and after they do a remake. The driver said we either like the food or don't. After bringing it to the car Ignorance all I heard tonight."

"The worst experience of any pizza delivery restaurant I have ever ordered from. Ordered the pizza, it took two hours to get here. When it arrived it was cold and the order was wrong. Called numerous times and got no answer. I drive over to the location to find the door locked and three people working behind the counter. After they stare at me for minute, someone opens a latch on side of the building and I request a refund. They say they can’t do a refund as the manager isn’t there and will have them call me. Never heard back. Never order from this place!"

"So Domino's places around Huntsville seem to vary quite a bit in quality. Here, I've found that it will take a bit longer to get your order. 30-45 minutes (sometimes 60) compared to the 15 minute app estimation. But in terms of quality, this location is the best. By far. Order the cheese bread from several places, and you'll see a clear difference. If you've got the extra time, WELL WORTH the wait. They always seem to do a much better job."
