Marco's Pizza

"My experience at Marco's Pizza in Huntsville, AL, on Bob Wallace Dr, was nothing short of disappointing. After placing my order online, I was left waiting for over 90 minutes, with the tracker showing "out for delivery" for an hour. Seeking answers, I encountered a rude phone operator who provided no solutions, simply stating, "it will get there when it does." The discrepancy between the website's promised delivery time and the reality was frustrating, especially since online ordering is the only way to access certain deals. The end result? Cold pizza on a Friday night, a stark reminder I could have opted for a DiGiorno at a fraction of the cost back at my hotel. To add insult to injury, my order was incorrect, and my drink was missing. Marco's, this level of service is unacceptable. Either improve or reconsider your business."

"Poor service, placed an online order and after an hour and a half I hadn’t received or heard anything, so I called and after 10 minutes waiting on hold, was answered by “we are not taking anymore delivery orders until less you’ve already ordered”. I followed up on my delivery order and was told that it was out for delivery but they didn’t know when it would arrive. So at this point I cancel the order because who wants old cold pizza. The person who answered was more than happy to cancel the order that was already made and out for delivery and made no effort at all to make it right even after I stated that I did t want an old and cold pizza. Management here needs training on customer service and how to keep the customers happy. Loosing a few customers here and there may not seem like a big deal, but eventually it will add up to a lot!!!!!"

"This is my all-time favorite Marco's location! Our food was great 99% of the time, but when we had an issue, it was taken care of immediately. Our regular delivery drive was the best!! I think we miss him as much as we do the food! Being in our new home just isn't the same anymore without this Marco's location."

"They need to drug test & clean house. This place has went down hill for the last couple of years. Management is rude & sets a bad example. I literally watched him make pizza's without washing his hands after taking orders at the register/ handling money . And proceed not to wear gloves. Also & older gentleman was taking trash and returned to the kitchen area without washing his hands. The only reason we ordered was a young lady made our sandwiches with gloves. We were about to walk out. I also have picked up food got home and it was raw & was told to return the pizza for a refund. Why the would I drive back with a pizza when I stopped there in a U-haul. This was said by the manager with the black lips. The bad reviews are very telling."

"Ordered a pizza, arrived, and apparently didn't have it in the system. I made sure I called the correct store and they confirmed the number. They didn't ask for my name. I waited 30 mins. I am assuming they gave it to someone else or didn't even put in the order. Ridiculous."
