"Fine dining prices, fast food service. If I could I would give this restaurant zero stars. Plenty of staff that stood around and didn't wait on us. The food was awful. I actually commented in the restaurant that Domino's is better pizza, especially the cheese. Very low quality cheese. Our waitress came after we sat for 15 minutes, gave us water straight from the sink (I watched her.) Then we never saw her again. Other staff brought our meals, but that's it. After finishing our meals, with empty glasses for 25 minutes. We flagged down other staff for our check. Magically our waitress returned to ask if our experience was enjoyable. Really? Where were you exactly? I requested to speak to a manager which she replied, "Oh, I can stand here and talk to you all night. I have nowhere to go." Yes, she refused to get the manager. That was it for me. We stood up and walked straight out. After which, I called the restaurant and told the manager exactly why we left without paying and why they need to seriously clean house. Lazy staff, below average food, unbused tables. Just an utter mess. Stay away."

"The pizza seems to have taken a step back. Judging from older photos, it seems they have switched crusts. It was still good, but not great. The topping selection is great. The Jackson Pollock was great for my wife, with added artichoke and jalapenos. I had the Clemenza; pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, peppers, and onions, with added jalapenos. Great beer and alcohol selection, plus purple cups for strolling Big Springs. Colocated with the art museum and right next to the ice skating rink. Service has always been great and continues to be great."

"Great experience. Great pizza, great gluten free crust. I didn't think it was gluten free at first, it's so light and airy. The espresso was delicious too, perfect single shot, not too bitter."

"First time here. Great pizza. It tasted really good. Ordered water, no ice. Average service. Server was ok. Nice atmosphere. Busy place. Near Big Spring Park and Huntsville Museum. Bathroom was ok. Clean and well stocked. Recommend and Return. Happy Eating and Enjoy!"

"First time eating here with some friends to watch the Derby, and the food was absolutely delicious. Their drink selection is very diverse, unique, and full of flavor. Definitely perfect for the warm summer nights in the park! It’s enjoyable to have a meal right there in downtown, by the lake and enjoying the scenery of what there is to offer around! The food from start to finish was so flavorful and the portions were perfect. The menu is very diverse and also has “build your own” sections as well, so very accommodating for those with allergies or tolerances. Pricing wasn’t too bad, but for example, I ordered a calzone and got maybe half of a dipping cup of marinara to go with it. When I asked if I could get more, it was simply brought to me, but never mentioned that I would be charged a dollar for it. I wouldn’t have ordered it otherwise! Outside of that, we had maybe 3 different waiters/waitresses during our meal? Our first one left with her trainee, our second one disappeared, and the third was the original one from the first to take our order, and then had one or two others in between that helped with little things. Kind of frustrating and when we had a friend come and join, he was never acknowledged and for 30 minutes it stayed like this, so we had to go inside and ask for the check to be brought out so we could leave. The experience could have been great from start to finish, but the service inconsistencies, and the fact that we were there for almost 3 hours was a little absurd. We just moved not too long ago and would definitely come back!! Just ideally with better service, in and out time, and maybe not being charged high prices for another half dipping cup size of marinara again."
