Domino's Pizza

"I order. It says to order dominoes so I do. Order taste just right for me and my darling. Only issue is I have lac toes intolerance. Was on the bathroom for a little while after eating, but would say great experience! Made me happy and my stomach was stop grumbling for food. Dominoes not supposed to be the most gore-may food but is great and quick service. For me, I go to bed and wake up happy that I have eaten dominoes this day."

"Great customer service! I was waiting at my car and initially annoyed that the dominos people said I picked up my order when I didn’t. I was kind of taken back and annoyed, so I went inside and asked what was going on and why they marked my order as “picked up” when no one came out to give my pizza. Then I pulled up my order and realized I was the idiot that ordered the pizza at the wrong location. To make matters worse, I even used a gift card so they weren’t able to refund my order. Anyway, the lady at the front was super nice and said to not worry about anything and that this happens “all the time” and made me a fresh pizza and said they would call the other store to get my order cancelled for me. I was so amazed how nice and courteous they all were. I will definitely be back and ensure to order at the right Madison location! Kudos to you guys for being kind and patient with me!"

"I've ordered pick up from here a bunch of times. It's always quick and easy, friendly employees, and they get my order right. For Domino's, it's exactly what I'm looking for. The pizza is tasty too."

"Update: Said I would never order from them again but did today 11/23/2022. Pizza ordered at 7:45 done and out of the oven at 8:11 and delivered at 9:16. Again, I’m not sure of the problem but it doesn’t matter. Don’t order from them. Trust me, you will be disappointed. I feel bad for the owner and the people who work there. Going to be an even longer time again before getting dominoes. Horrible! Ordered two pizzas and they arrived fast like always. But I asked and paid for extra cheese, it didn’t happen. I was just going to let it slide but decided not to do that. I called and reported it. The person on the phone said she would tell the manager. Manager came on and basically accused me of not telling the truth because they weigh the cheese. Well look at the photos. Anyone think those look like the extra cheese from the dominoes website? That’s because they made a mistake but chose not to own it. And arguing with one of your loyal customers is not good customer service. Dominoes was a good company once. Now it’s an average pizza company with good media marketing. Not again for a long time."

"Rebekah and Lexi are the best !!! I love to stop here for my Chk Spinach Alfredo pizza. Out of all the Domino’s this one is my favorite. I live two counties away but when i am in Huntsville this is my store to come to. Always fast and super friendly service. Lexi usually takes my order and it’s never wrong. Both ladies are kind when I sit in and make sure I am taken care of and my order is perfect."
