"I destroyed my phone on Sunday night and while it still rang, I was unable to see anything on the screen, or answer. I found the Pod Drop on Google and called Monday morning and spoke with Danny. Danny said to give him a few hours and he will see if he can get it work. An hour later he called saying the phone is on. All of my passwords were stored on that phone, and without it, I would have lost EVERYTHING. Danny even went above and beyond and had Verizon move the service to a used phone he sold to me. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I will never go anywhere else."
