"I am writing this as I wait for a call back from AJ at Rochester Collision — unfortunately, I’ve ended up needing his services about once a year. Between the icy roads, two teenage drivers, and picky lease inspections, I am thankful to have found him a couple years ago when I just couldn’t afford another dealership sized repair bill. AJ is a helpful, knowledgeable guy and will give you the best price and do good work. He might be a day late, but more importantly to me, he has always been honest and fair in our dealings. This is a smaller shop — AJ answers the phone and AJ is hands on with repairs. I’ve seen a couple other guys working at different times, but he’s the primary guy. So if you can appreciate working with an owner-operator and don’t expect some of the fluff services of a larger shop, you will be happy with the service and not paying fluff prices!"
