"This place is a gem and offers shoe repair services that are becoming harder to find these days. Lou was kind and welcoming and he completed two repairs for me on schedule as promised and he did a great job. He repaired a Kate Spade purse for me where the metal piece holding the strap in place was faulty in different ways on both sides and he fixed it so that now it looks and works perfectly as if it had never broken. I also had a pair of wedge sandals that I loved and couldn’t find anywhere after the bottom of the soles were worn out and one side even got a hole. He replaced the soles and the sandals look new again now, and the quality of the sole appears to be even better than the original ones. I definitely think the price is worth it, especially when you have shoes (or a purse) that you love and they can’t be purchased again, and because his skills are specialized and a rare talent. If you like to take good care of your shoes and need a repair, I highly recommend this shop!"
