"Gave me an estimate almost a year ago and then kept pushing the job back. He did not contact me to communicate delays, I had to call him. I finally said the if the job was not started the next week, I was going somewhere else. Next week came and he said he wasn’t feeling well. Did send someone else to do the job. This guy was very nice and did good work but overlooked some damage that also needed repair. Dan called and asked me for my email to send the invoice. It never came. Called me again as if we hadn’t had that conversation and gave him my email again. Then I saw it was dropped off at the house. No details at to what charges were for and definitely no discount for the inconvenience. Would not recommend"

"We filled out an online contact form on Monday morning, and by Tuesday evening our project was done! And on top of that, it was done perfectly. We needed someone to help install our new dryer. Dan was able to connect the vent hose and also do the electrical work (which was over and above what we originally inquired about). He was very professional and courteous, didn’t talk down to us even though we are not handy at all. Any projects we have from now on will be handled by Dan and his company! Can’t recommend enough!"
