"Good service is nice. GREAT service deserves to be celebrated! In search of a new washer and dryer, we stopped at Bekins before heading to the "big box" store. Holy smokes, what a great experience- didn't go anywhere else. Salesman Zack Snyder was great- he listened to what we wanted and didn't want (I'm easygoing but have clear preferences), it was delivered promptly by Charles and Brian who cleaned thoroughly after removing the old units (I was prepared to do that myself), cleaned out the vent system, and they even left a rose. A perfect, easy, enjoyable experience."
