"Terrible service. Twice in the past year we have complaints. Truck brought in for service/oil change. Less than 48 hours after leaving, while checking something else husband found a full squirrel nest in the air filter compartment. Hmmm that was checked off as GOOD! This past week car was in for oil/service before our trip down south. Started hearing a noise when turning. Checked on line to see what it might be. Check power steering fluid. Did just that and ZERO — JUST a TRACE. YES .. it was checked off as all good on our service report! WHAT ELSE DID THEY NOT DO? Thankful our oil/service plans (that we bought thinking the service would be good or better at a dealership) are done. Time to go independent! BEWARE and make sure you check what they checked!"
