"Very rude individual, would not take any form of payment except for cash(Tax Evasion) brought in a pair of Redwing boots with speed hooks for faster lacing. One of the hooks was coming undone. I politely asked him if he would fix it, being that he had over an hour until closing time and he was sitting in his chair watching the news with nothing to do. He quickly replied he was busy and would take a day turnaround if I left my boots for a literal 10min fix. Not impressed to say the least."
"I had a favorite pair of leather chelsea ankle boots that I wore the heals off. They were only available in brown, but I also wanted a black pair. I decided to buy two new brown pairs and give Broadway Shoe Service a try at coloring them. It turned out better than I even hoped, they look perfect! He also repaired the heels on my first pair and now those are great for work. He is a seasoned professional, he's knowledgeable, his prices are more than fair and he was quick.
