"Utterly incompetent and mismanaged. Calling is a robotic nightmare of endless loops. Had a travel-required COVID test in November 2022 that took 7 days for results instead of the promised 24-48 hours, requiring us to make a very expensive visit to urgent care the morning of our flight. This week, I had a medication actually FILLED for my son and was called to pick it up. Then they told ne on arrival, after entering my insurance information (that they already should have had on file), that it was too soon even though it was only 2 days prior to him running completely out. Blamed my insurance, even though I've never had this problem in 24 months with this same insurance and same medication at other pharmacies (Meijer, Rite Aid). Promised that they would leave it intact and I could pick it up 2 days later. Was called again this morning to come pick it up. Went in the afternoon and was told they haven't had inventory of it in more than a week (strongly implying that they never filled it earlier in the week and I was lying), that his filled prescription wasn't there, tough luck. Offered me brand at double what my insurance charges for brand. And because it's now the weekend and the medication is difficult to find right now, with hours needed on the phone to obtain it, we're stuck for days without it. This location drops balls too often and spectacularly when they do. NEVER AGAIN am I using Walgreen's for anything."
