"This kind gentleman was helping us with all our needs but got stuck trying to efficiently give us our pictures. As he notices he is in a blunder, he calls for help from a woman named ‘Denise’. As Denise approaches she lets out a dramatic sigh and exclaims, “always call for help for pictures” in a very angry, harsh tone. The nice man deserved nothing of this."
"I genuinely do not understand why the drive thru always takes so long. I wait 20+ minutes every single time I come here. I just want to get my medication and go. Without fail, there is always a person in the drive thru line who wants to adjust things, updates things, or argue with the pharmacy techs. Can you please make a rule that the drive thru is ONLY for pickups and nothing else? It's so inconvenient for everyone else."

"This pharmacy is a Complete joke. I should have read reviews before switching to them as they clearly are a mess. The people that work there are extremely disorganized and rude. I’ve been a customer of the pharmacy for less then a month and I’m already done. They are out of a controlled substance medication my daughter needs and now is completely out of and no one bothered to tell me. I got no message and no one said anything when I was just there picking up 4 other prescriptions. The pharmacy manager, Patrick, has no business being a manger. I’m told to call around to find the medication. Makes excuses for having no control over phone system reminders on out of stock, can’t see into other systems for medications, rude lady that first answered and said it’s out of stock followed by excuse excuse excuse! So, I did what he said and “called around” and I called Meijer and am moving back there. The lines are rough sometimes at Meijer, but at least they are organized and always helpful. I have never run out of a medication!!! And Meijer has it!! You all need to learn customer service and how to run a business! This is medications we are dealing with here! You simply do not care!! 100% do not go here. What a waste of time this change was."
