DGR8 Amazon

"I'm a Flex driver. Yesterday 2/6/2024, I worked a 315am block and yall don't have Gary running things anymore (why cause that dude was great, we all miss him!) Anywho, I digress... There is a new kid tryna run things. Hopefully this is just a temporary one-time thing. He was wearing an orange ball cap, lips glued to his vape pen (hey, Amazon, isn't yalls warehouse suppose to be vape/smoke free while on the clock??) This kid was walking around with a megaphone barking orders at everyone AND on top of that he actually lost his mind and had a mental break down on someone driving a grey dodge charger who used the bypass lane. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. There is NO good reason Amazon should be telling its employees to yell, scream and verbally abuse the Flex drivers that way. It was 315am and this dude is acting like a psycho path all because dgr8 is constantly giving people different rules to follow and us Flex drivers never know when we are allowed to do things like use bypass lane or not. We shouldn't be screamed at by your employee because you guys can't give clear instructions and set rules for us to follow. ON TOP OF THAT HE VERBALLY THREATENED ALL OF US IF WE REPORTED THIS HE WOULD REPORT US AND HAVE US DEACTIVATED FROM FLEX. Downright abuse of power. PLEASE get this kid out of there. Gary was great, always calm and level headed AND respectful of us Flexers. This new kid in the orange ball cap with the vape and the megaphone... He just ain't the vibe, Amazon. I've never been fearful for my safety at dgr8 but the way this man-child lost his mind and started having a full out scream session was just so out of line and uncalled for. I took a photo of the kid. Tried to get the pic with the huge vape cloud around his head but couldn't get a clear shot. He was the one running things on 2-6-2024 during the early AM blocks. Please find another job for this kid. Maybe scrubbin toilets with all that LDE. He honestly shouldn't be allowed to work with the general public. It's a bad look for dgr8 and Amazon as a whole."

"very disappointed with this warehouse, i always come before check in time and WITH OUT FAIL IM WAITING 30+min everytime AFTER CHECK IN…. because they arnt ready, or pick up way is changing. one employee/manager needs to be replaced or retrained because his temper tantrum was unwarranted, drunken with power. one person with little amount of power can ruin everything for everyone ps Matthew if you see this you’re the biggest pos ever known to mankind, this warehouse may be new but it needs an overhaul already, shame."
