"I moved in about 2 months ago to a lovely newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment and am very pleased! Many residents have lived here for a few years, see lots of dogs walked on the path that threads through the whole complex. Everyone, especially the manager, Amanda, and Josh, head of maintenance, are welcoming and supportive. I've had small items fixed via their app very quickly. A cozy setting, off the main road, highly recommend."

"Save yourself money and hassle by living elsewhere. Property Manager is rude, unprofessional, and is never here. Communication is zero. Apartment buildings have drain flies and have had them for months- everyone in the building I’m in has this issue. They’ll move you into an apartment that has water damage and mold, along with broken appliances. If you have any sort of complaint or issue, you’ll be met with rudeness instead of professionalism and help. Won’t be able to contact corporate either unless you drive out to West Bloomfield. They don’t do transfers, and if you need to stay an extra day or two past your lease- you’ll be charged over 1,000 dollars. Like I said- save yourself the hassle and money. Wish I never moved here. I’ve never missed a single payment, and thought that management would be helpful as far as giving us a pro-rated rent for staying an extra day or so considering I’m pregnant and never missed a payment and just need to move for a two bedroom. But instead have to pay for a whole months rent, plus a $250 fee on top of it. Crazy."
