"We came down for one night of dancing and family visits. The rooms and lobby were great and Morgan at the front desk was lovely. All of the staff was super friendly EXCEPT…… The ONLY reason I booked this hotel is because of the breakfast and the girl taking care of it said she didn’t want to make any more because she “already made it” and we were just too late….. at 9:30. Breakfast doesn’t end until 10. She left almost a dozen people standing there asking about breakfast while complaining she didn’t want to make any more. Everyone was pretty upset. Lazy and unprofessional."

Although the initial problems I had were stressful, the management of the hotel was nothing but accommodating and helpful through the process of getting everything sorted. Specifically, Chiara Phillips went above and beyond to address my concerns. Not only was she sympathetic to the problems I had, she went out of her way to ensure my case was looked and and handled in a way that satisfied me. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am of Chiara Phillips and her help."

"This use to be a great hotel. People are living in it! No covers on beds. Blood stains.! Dirty rooms! So many things broken . No coffee or tea available and no breakfast as stated. Pool smells so bad of chlorine you can’t breathe. Staff at Desk was nice. Whoever claims to be site manager is unprofessional! Had to vaccume the room ourself! Got a charge of a mess having a child’s birthday party? Left a balloon? Seems like there recouping for broken sinks. Also needing real hotel maids. Instead of hiring people who live there. Gods honest truth! Bed bug alert! No covers & stains!"

"I believe the past reviewers were from growing pains when the hotel was struggling with employees who didn’t care about the hotel or their job! I had zero bad experiences here! Staff was excellent, room was clean and in better condition than a lot of other Holiday Inns I had stayed with. I would ignore the bad reviews here and not hesitate to book the hotel."
