"Overall a good hotel. It was clean, however it was a bit dated. Not having a smart TV in the room was a little disappointing, the Jacuzzi tub had a couple pieces fall off while using which was interesting, but the room was nice and all the staff was nice. The breakfast in the morning left A LOT to be desired. The sausage and eggs were cafeteria quality at best, the selection of items were very limited and seemed low quality. Even the waffle I made was underwhelming. All in all though it was a good stay and I would come back to this hotel"
"This place is gross, it smells of marijuana, lysoil, and garbage. The bed had stains, the couch had stains, the door had pry marks from being broken into, the phone had no cord, there was trash behind and around the couch, the fridge had mold, and the bathroom had 2x6s holding the sink up. It's definitely a by the hour type if establishment. Don't forget to pick up your rose petals or you'll be charged 25 bucks lol."
"The hotel was nicely remodeled and the staff was super nice but the rooms were dirty the carpet not vacuumed the place was over ran with unsupervised children. The people about who I believe were actually living In the hotel were running jumping stomping all hours of the night. Also I was charged a deposit without even being told."
"DO NOT STAY HERE! This entire hotel needs to be shut down. I’ve never seen a hotel as disgusting as this place. The first thing I noticed as soon as I walked in the lobby was how dirty the carpet was. It definitely hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. Unfortunately I came from out of town for business & was unable to get another hotel room at such late notice so I stayed. My room was on the 3rd floor & the elevator was filthy. There was a puddle of some type of liquid on the elevator floor. Not sure if was juice, water or urine but I told the staff about it. The next morning when I got on the elevator you could see the stain where the fluid had dried up. They never even mopped the floor. My room was disgusting. The first thing I saw when I walked in my room was a big chunk of marijuana on the carpet. The carpet was very dirty, there were spider webs/cob webs in the corners of the ceiling. Only 2 of the 4 lamps in the room actually worked. There was hair in the bathtub & on the shower walls. The bathroom counter hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom floor hasn’t been swept or mopped. There was duct tape on the window & I’m sure the hair dryer in the bathroom was a fire hazard as the plug was broken & had wires exposed. I went to the front desk to tell them about the condition of my room. When I told the front desk clerk how dirty my room was, she replied with “Oh I already know.” I was told that the housekeepers had left for the day & I was given some towels & some “cleaning spray” so I could clean the room myself. I asked if I could use the vacuum & was told that it was broken. I then asked for a broom & was told they would bring it to my room but they never did. Also it looks like there’s people living here as there were several people sitting on the floor in the hallway as I walked to my room. I called the customer service line to complain & I’m hoping they’ll resolve the matter by giving me a refund. Last but definitely not least, there’s a sausage patty, a french fry & a pop can under the bed. This is gross"
"Honestly we have stayed at a lot of hotels and this was the worst. It goes without saying that if the bed isn’t made when you come in the room it’s not clean. Not only did the elevator not work, the air conditioner in the room did not either. It was completely disgusting with dirty blankets and pillows. Andrea the front desk attendant might have been the only one worth a damn. She was super accommodating to us and could probably use a raise for This nonsense. We would never ever even think of telling our worst enemy to stay here. Thankfully she gave us and other rooms a refund because it was so unnacceptable."
