"I have lived here for three years now and it's not that bad. The price of the rent is the only thing that is keeping me here and I'm actually very impressed that the rates have been very affordable throughout my tenure here. Compared to other places, it is much cheaper than comporable units that charge at least $50 to $100 more per month. Maintenance is very reliable, yet there are some gripes. The doors are not up to par they tend to not close properly. Perhaps it's due to the age and the wear and tear. Management is okay but they should be more accommodating for other tenants. Overall, it is an alright experience."

"These apartments are straight trash. If you read this I will take this post very serious and not move here they don't do nothing at the front. You have all kind of bugs here kids run through the hallway keep trash everywhere. The whole apartment complex is trash. I I never renewed my lease I've been gone over 4 years because the whole Tuscan Shores is the projects. They don't stay there the management so they don't care they are definitely in it for the money."

"Honestly the area is quiet, neighbors stay to themselves, and maintenance responds very promptly! If I could rate them 10/5 I would. I’ve been here for 2 years and I’m going on my 3rd and they’re just absolutely amazing. Brianna in the office is AMAZING. She’s possibly the most understanding and sweetest person I’ve ever had an encounter with. There’s literally no judgement with her and she keeps it real. Also pricing is amazing, if you break something and need it repaired the pricing is very understandable and they also just put it in your account where you can pay whenever you have it and not all at once. All around great apartment!!"

"I have lived at Tuscan shores for just over 3 years now. Honestly, it’s hard to find any cons for living here. The staff is amazing, friendly, and responsive which makes maintenance issues easy to deal with. The apartments are in great shape, the only times I had to call maintenance was for minor things. The walls are thick, I never hear my neighbors, and the place seems to be very diverse which I enjoy. The area is really nice, Kroger 2min drive away and a lot of restaurants. I don’t have kids, but other residents kids play outside occasionally so it seems to be a great family environment. I truly think this is the best apartment complex in the area. It’s affordable, great staff, and high quality apartment. My only critique is that they replace the pool with a gym, but there’s an LA fitness 2min from the complex so I assume everyone goes there."
