"Staff is horrible very rude to children and unprofessional! I am a complete stranger, I pressed the button on the building and was let in. I took a child (grandbabie) and noone asked me 'who I was', I did not sign child out and grandbabie even said 'why are you here?'. Yes I understand I am the childs grandmother, but I could be a grandmother that is not allowed to see, pickup or associate with child. 2 employees people watched me and even said to each other 'who is that?' As I was dressing my grandbabie I was watching staff to see if anyone would address me, but nope. What I did notice is how rude, mean and unprofessional the 2 young kids were with the children, thsts right kids, no adult present!. I am shocked that I just walked in and took a child without any questions or concerns!"
