"This is the second time I have gotten a room there and they gave me the same room 217 and the first time it flooded it was not bad but this time it wasted everything things I just got my son for Christmas everything it flooded from the bathroom it came out the front door and all they could do was give me sheets and shut the water off and the whole room is literally flooded to the second bed and I also have a video of me getting into my room without using my key you just push down and push up lift up and push the door and that's not safe at all and I did not know this until after I got back from the store and I had left all my valuables in there and the guy wants to blame me for destroying his room when he has a problem with the freaking plumbing and that whole building I would not rent or buy or get anything from these guys he's never there he blames you for their mistakes and their mess ups and he has one cleaning lady that deals with everything and I feel sorry for him so I'm just warning all of you tonight get a room there because it's horrible and I got some stuff and my son's wasted wet and destroyed from sewer water that came out from the toilet so just watch out when you guys go there cuz if anything happens to your stuff you'll be blamed for it."

"This Hotel is a MAJOR JOKE!!!! There is never anyone at the front desk when you check in, Pool and hot tub was out of order, No towels in bathroom, no plug in bathtub, jets in Jacuzzi Did not Work, No phone in room and remote had only one battery in it and power was not on in the room and Housekeeping let's themselves in your room if you don't answer door fast enough and they keep pushing you to get out when it's time to check out and VERY RUDE. The owner is VERY RUDE AND HEARTLESS he kicks people out when they are trying to come up with rent, or if they can't pay to stay longer and He has his Staff turn off the power to the room if you don't pay or don't check out on time. The ice machine was broke and they never had any coffee or tea available all day and night. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. This place needs to be shut down ASAP! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING A ROOM HERE!!!"

"the front desk was empty when I arrived. called and got someone who said they'd send someone to check me in. got to the room, and there was no power. had to call mystery person again who said they will send someone. power was eventually restored/turned on. if you love cold gravy, on cold biscuits then you'll love breakfast. once ya get past these issues, there are vagrants charging their phones and trying to bum a smoke in the stairwells. every outside access point has a rock keeping the doors open, giving one that safe and comfy feeling. glad I had "protection plan" in place. overall, I would say avoid this place unless it's the only option for you, and even then I'd say stay away."

"FOUND BED BUGS HERE. Avoid at all costs. That and everything else you read in the one-star reviews is true. There are homeless people hanging around and sleeping in the stairwells. all doors are open, pool's closed, no one manning the counter, etc, etc. Worst hotel I have ever seen."

"There aren’t many options in this community but don’t stay here. They have very minimal staff working. Everything was so unsatisfactory- check in, key cards not working, limited supplies in room and getting refills, just everything. The front desk has a listing of 4 numbers you call and hope to reach a person. We had to call those numbers several times to finally reach a person. They hotel isn’t secure and they have a homeless encampment on the property in the back. The rooms weren’t the cleanest. They did have coffee each morning and a very limited continental breakfast."
