"Made an online delivery and the driver stole from me shorted me on change after I told her what the amount to give me back was, delivery fee is literally $5 if they not paying you enough oh well get another job don’t take from customers if I can afford a tip I’ll do that this is not acceptable and I’m pissed and won’t be ordering delivery again"
"The place was dirty with cob webs hanging in the dining area. The employees were playing around, using fowl language and yelling. We ordered and told them that we were dining in when we got there and the place was dirty and tables were filty. The food was OK, nothing that I would give a second star."
"Couldn't fix a $10 mistake best they could do is a give us a 3 dollar credit. The person they had taking orders over the phone was still in training (had to ask for help to add extra marinara sauce) so when we get our order home to realize it's the wrong it's on us because the person on the phone said what we ordered and repeated it back to us correctly so it's our fault, though the people making the food failed to give us the correct thing we ordered. If you can't do business right then just close. Please stop wasting people's money."
"Fast friendly and accurate! It seems like most fast food places you always end up with something wrong with your order. Something is missing or not made right. Honestly I have never had that issue with the Dowagiac Pizza Hut! My order is perfect every time!"
