"General manager is RUDE. Won't let you speak, she treats her customers like a problem. After paying off our things, we will never come here again. I will be calling who's above her and reporting. Seems I'm not the only one she's rude to either! Do NOT recommend this location!"
"After listening to the way they treated my brother and his girlfriend over the phone. I'm out. I will not bite the bullet or take another loss because they wanna be money grumping. My family and I've been renting to own items from Aarons for 14yrs and in all of them I have never dealt with customer service that rude or untruthful or threatening. If your gonna rent from Aarons then don't go to 701 Spruce St, Dowagiac, MI 49047 location. Go anywhere else. Or simply go elsewhere."
"Bad experience!! This location is horrible. The manager Maria is rude!! My items were delivered yesterday and I will be returning them asap!! Corporate has been notified but apparently to her they are a franchise and corporate can't do anything about it! Last time I checked the name Aarons is on the building!!"
"What a wonderful place, they offer good deals at affordable prices, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to make a larger purchase at a reasonable monthly price. Of course you need to make payments on time so they don't repossess your things but that's to be expected. All in all it's not a bad deal."
"I love it ❤️.They are great and very helpful there. When I had an issue with my washer they came and switched it out right away with another till they had mine fixed which took a bit but I didn't have to go without till it was repaired. If I was out of town or had to be late a day or two with a payment they were great. I just called to let them know ahead of time. And somehow I got behind this month with out.even realizing it and I gave them a call to catch up and they were very nice about it. I just got confused about when I made a last payment because I pay a month or two in advance sometimes. . Very sweet people there. I will always use them for my needs. Yes you are going to pay more than paying out right but I'd you don't have any credit like me it is a good way t get what you need when you have no other way. Thank you to the staff at Dowagiac for helping me out since my husband passed away and understanding when I get a little out of sorts."
