"Tonight when I was ordering I could barely hear the girl on the intercom. I am a little hard of hearing and she was very rude and careless. I understand not loving your job but I was very polite and she was rude. I pull up to the window she opened it took my card and didn’t say a word. I wait and she hands me my food. I say thank you and before I even finish my sentence she rolled her eyes and literally slammed the window in my face. I was literally polite to her the whole time."

"For some reason this Taco Bell likes to charge you for something and then doesn't give it to you. Everytime I go here at night and, I've only ever noticed this at night I don't usually have the same problem in the day time. I usually get my meats switched on any items I ordered between the chicken and the steak because I don't like their beef. But yet everytime I go here, and they still charge me for it. I don't get what I ordered. They don't bother to tell me they're out of those meats if they are they just charge me for it and then by time I get to work and realize they charged me for switching the meats on each item that I ordered and they didn't even change them."

"We eat here occasionally and this time the food was so horrid that I decided to write a review finally. We ordered food online for drive thru pickup. We ordered a few burritos and substituted and added things here and there. Well honestly this was some of the worst looking food I have seen from taco bell. The burritos were made wrong, sauce was so thick and overwhelming and stuck to one side of the burrito on just about every single thing we ordered. Wife ordered a crunchwrap and literally could not find the meat. My mexican pizza was absolutely smashed, made incorrectly, and looked like puke. I've ordered them before without issue. My potato soft tacos had nasty lettuce, which i asked to have removed while ordering, another messup. They globbed the sauce to one side of each. The cheese also to one side as well as the potatoes leaving half the tortilla useless. The tortillas themselves were also horrid, cold, and hard. The only thing i can say that was correct was the soft drink. Hard to mess that up however. We ordered and picked up by 8pm on October 2nd 2022. Hopefully someone can reprimand or get to the bottom of this. Nobody should pay almost 20 dollars for horrid food. Regardless if its fast food or not. Its still a service, and a paid for one. A manager needs to address these issues. We will be avoiding this establishment in the future. Edit 12/1/2023 Please see picture attached. Apparently this is what flies for a 5 dollar purchase. Definitely not worth 5 dollars for the grilled cheese nacho fries. Avoid if possible at this location."

"My job forces fast food when my energy level does not allow for me to pack two meals for the day. I have stopped here for three weeks now. The young lady working at 6:39 p in the drive thru window is a courteous young woman with a very friendly attitude. It amazes me on how rare this is today which makes her shine all the more. The manager better give her a raise as the rest of the people do not shine like her."

"This Taco Bell CAN NOT get a single order right. From missing items to food made improperly, they just can’t seem to ever hit the mark: so be prepared to make more than one trip to Taco Bell upon ordering. I think a new order of management is due but there’s one problem. They’ll order the wrong individual for the job. The photo below is a grilled cheese burrito that for one was missing from the previous order then only to be replaced with a grilled cheese burrito that wasn’t grilled…… smh….."
