"My family and I went to this location just today, it was the 2nd time we were there and it was a completely different experience from last time, the quality of everything dropped. We ordered the unlimited roller coaster and laser tag for 3 people costing around $75 and we had fun for around an hour but the coaster was only open every 30 minutes instead of whenever being the only people in the entire building and there was no food available, not one person was running the kitchen or even stands for food, we left after around an hour of fun to get some food and when we got back after around 30 minutes we were told our "Unlimited" was actually "Limited" to when we leave the parking lot and none of us felt like we got our money's worth, we left being upset and disappointed. There were no signs telling us if we left we lose all we paid for they left us never wanting to return."
"No food. The kitchen is not built yet. No problem. But if you buy the unlimited wristband and get hungry and leave, you have to pay again. Your UNLIMITED wristband is now void. No signs about this ridiculous rule. Unlimited should mean unlimited especially since they have no food to offer. We won’t be back. Disappointed. We were their only customers too! Empty building full of expensive toys and we were the only customers and they turned us away."
"We took 3 of.our grandkids here. Nice clean place. Def room for improvements. They need to get their food area up and going better before offering food. Just no system for faster service and more options. Def need more staff. But everyone is very kind. Also they need lockers for coats and such. There's no where to put things so you can enjoy the place. Also would like to see more arcade for younger kids. We had a 3 year old and wasn't much she could do but she did enjoy bowling. Other then that it's a nice place to spend a few hours or all afternoon as we did with the kids. The older two loved the roller coaster ride with their popa. We will be back."
"Fun for all ages! We rode the roller coaster, all different video games and laser tag. My husband and I paid around $200 for 9 people to have fun. We will definitely be return customers."
"Amazing experience! So many great games, kids had a TON of fun. Bowling was awesome, laser tag was next level fun, owners were accommodating and helpful! Can’t wait for all the other exciting things they are adding!"
