Northridge apartments

"Moved in sept 2023 which was easy peasy quick process. Like the upgrades to kitchen with white cabinets, stainless appliances (glass cooktop stove); fridge has ice maker (wish freezer was on the bottom instead of eye level); granite countertops; enjoyed welcome snack bag and key chain. The “new” hard wood toilet seats still covered in plastic was an unexpected surprise!! No agitator in washing machine is an amazing plus too!! Nice wood blinds with no pull string. Wish list would be to exchange light fixture to lighted ceiling fan in with cathedral ceiling to circulate air/heat better. Interior doors are tight and cheap. Can’t use bathroom rug or over-the-door hooks for hanging. Old bulky closet bifold doors that pinch fingers, squeak, and look cheap. Ideal would be closet doors that slide behind each other. Some craftsman ship details—could be nicer on move-in —sloppy caulk, paint drips, and nail gun holes not filled in, missing window screen, tape on patio screen to cover rips, and small grassy area by individual apartment entrances need weeding and mulch."

"My fiancé and I have moved into Northridge Apartments in May of 2022 and it has been nothing but a blessing for us! We’ve had so much fun growing our lives here and decorating the already beautiful layout that Northridge Apartments provides. The quality and craftsmanship of everything is top tier and if there is ever any issue we can always count on maintenance to come promptly. We plan on staying here until it’s time to look for a house. The staff is great and helpful as well!"
