"First of all I have to say I love my apartment home after owning 5 previous homes it was time to do something different. Brennan has been great and Ray is truly on top of any issues that may arise! However, I agree with another person who wrote about the quality of the paint crew. I have been here almost 3 months and there are numerous seam pop issues that have occurred due to settling and maybe a hurried process to get home available? Also the sod and irrigation that has been ongoing is rather unacceptable. The rent here is at the upper level and being in one of the higher end units the sod was 1/2 done while they had pallets of sod they took away to put down somewhere else. In the meantime no more sod so the property coming into my unit is only 1/2 done and they did not even have irrigation on to water the sod they did put down and is dead and drying out. Now they have hydro seeded and well it looks terrible! I’m embarrassed to have my friends and a family to come visit as it looks like the property just couldn’t do a good job. Plants are not getting water and weeds are 4feet high already. Redwood Corporate needs to look into exactly what happened. It’s a shame as I love my home here but outside not so much! UPDATE: Thank you for addressing the weed issues outside. I hope they will be maintained throughout the Summer. Also, I want to give a “special” recommendation for Ray (maintenance).. Ray goes “above and beyond” to make sure any issues are corrected immediately. It’s very reassuring to know he is part of Redwood Rochester Hills!"
