"Management is absolutely awful and is so unorganized. They waited like 2 weeks before my lease was up to let me know that they weren’t going to renew our lease after a month of me asking and trying to get in contact with them to find out. They said they were mailing a notice out then just never sent it. They let us say another month at a prorated fee since we literally had no where to go with such a short notice. Appliances are broken and outdated, my dryer took 2-3 cycles to completely dry and they wouldn’t fix or replace it since it “still worked” and the same thing with the oven and stove which for some reason took 2x as long to cook anything. Since they gave me such short notice I had to spend 3k to move into my new place in the middle of the month. They are awful at communicating back with their tenants and overall just seem clueless. They keep the rent high “to keep the riff raff out” which was so unprofessional to say."

"Similar to other’s, upon move out we had ridiculous charges that we had to go back and forth on for weeks. We wound up getting some of it back but we were still charged over $100 for a microwave (the plastic handle had come off) and around $200 for carpet cleaning fees due to what they claimed was cat pee (the returned fees had to do with pet fees for said cat that we never had). I would not recommend living here if you can help it."

"Stephanie at the reception was super great and welcoming. Moving in was much easier with them for someone moving out of state! Though the appliances the super old and carpet is super old, they did take in my request for some changes i have requested for."

"I recently moved into Auburn Ridge Townhomes, into a loft style 2 bed 2 bath, and I couldn’t be happier. I have lived in a few rented places in my life, and this is by far the best I’ve been at. The inside is luxurious, especially the unit we obtained with the knocked out kitchen wall and bamboo wood flooring and granite countertops. The staff has been PHENOMENAL. Tracie and Linda (I’m so sorry if I have your name wrong Linda) in the front office have been nothing but super helpful and pleasant people to talk to, something that is rare with landlords and office staff at other places. I had a view minor (and one major) issue that came up after moving in and the office staff took care of it promptly and maintenance staff was fantastic and very helpful in resolving the issues. If you are looking for a gorgeous place to stay with great neighbors, great office staff, great maintenance, and of course a beautiful home, Auburn Ridge is for you! Edit; Had to attach a photo of the unit with a knocked out kitchen wall, it really opens the place up and makes it feel even bigger! And I also wanted to address some other reviews stating that office staff are rude, because that is the furthest thing from the truth. Please take your time to actually talk to them yourself."

"This has been my home for 2 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment complex in the Auburn Hills area. With beautiful and a well maintained landscape, the Maintenance crew has always been extremely professional and prompt in responding to any work orders. The employees in the leasing office deserve special mention and they have always been a pleasure to interact with."
