Perry Place Apartments

"I'm a current resident at the Perry Place Apartments, thats been a blessing. Jeanne Lasala and there staff has been overwhelming great to me and some other tenants that I have been able to meet. The neighbors and the property has been wonderful, top notch, and the more and exciting renovations on there projects with the property management has been acseptoinal. This place and the comfort of like a family build company make anyone feel safe and wanted. I have a rating of 5-10 and I'm satisfied to say there a solid 10. "Place is run down and everything is original. Captured 13 mice my first winter here. The insulation is very poor so its always hot in the summer even with the 20 year old air conditioner running 24/7 and cold in the winter because cold air blows in from everywhere. Every floorboard squeaks and you can here everyone talking in the other apartments. The laundry rooms are always broken down and sometimes you will need to take your soaked clothes somewhere else and start over. The cabinets are held together with splinter boards and crumbling drawers. The carpet is at least 15 years old. The landscape has dirt patches everywhere instead of grass. There was trash for years everywhere. I was charged more than 1500$ extra mulitple years because previous management did not submit rental increases like they was supposed to and raised the rent 100$ a month a couple years in a row. It has new management now with a even higher price tag but same owner and same apartments. I was disappointed when I seen my apartment for the first time and had already Signed the lease."

"Full of roaches! Insufficient air conditioning. Don't move there if you have asthma. Also has electric heating which causes your electric bill to soar in winter. Stay away!!"

"This is one of the worst places you can move to.the don’t disclose they mice and rodent infestation.or do they try to fix the issue.very unprofessional,hang up in your face as if they paying your rent.i have caught 13 mice less then two weeks.and only been staying he 2 months.Dont Move Here If You Dont Have To.ITS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!"

"They are currently experiencing a rodent problem and are not disclosing this to their future new tenants. This is the affect of other underlying issues and defects within the apartments that need repair i.e "holes", which is the cause if this problem. Thus far the steps they have took to resolve this issue for me has been minimum effort if any. If you move here I'm telling you now don't be surprised to find you have unwanted pest."
