"I wanted to take time to say how great this apartment building is !!! The one time I had a minor issue it was quickly resolved and it literally took a phone call. Not sure on these other reviews because my experience so far has been absolutely amazing and never have had any problems! Will be signing my lease for another year."

"Just like a lot of people say …. Management SO RUDE …. Stephanie Diaz. She’s extremely rude. I have no idea why she feels the need to be that rude. Also they have pests (carpet beetles)…. I watched people move out and they had people move in within 36 hours …. That’s so filthy .!!!!! And Maintence , don’t even think they’re fixing things …. The outside main doors are always broken so they aren’t locked and you can just walk right into the building. Which doesn’t make you feel safe when your apartment door isn’t very strong … I would never ever live here again"

"I lived here for from January-October in 2019. They were willing to give me a 10 month lease without charging me a fee. I had a couple things that needed repair while I was living there, and they were fixed very quickly. Management was always very friendly and easy to work with. I will say, the apartment was not clean when I moved in. Like, not even vacuumed. They told me the apartment was "professionally cleaned" when I moved in. This was either a lie, or they're getting ripped off by their cleaning service. Are they nice apartments? No. Are they cheap? Yes. I had just graduated college and moved to the area completely broke. I needed somewhere cheap and close to work. Oak Square was exactly that. There are a lot of families in these apartments. I would regularly look outside and see kids riding bikes in the parking lot and people walking their dogs in the courtyard. All things considered, it was a decent place to live until I could afford something nicer."

"Quiet, comfortable home, great management. My interactions with the management were always very professional. Repair requests were completed promptly.Raw brick interior wall creates a cool aesthetic. Facilities (exterior doors, laundry equipment, etc.) could use some investment, but rent was very affordable and made up for it. I moved out of state or I would have renewed my lease without any hesitation."

"We’ve only been here a few months and I can not wait until our lease is up in 6 months!! Our apartment has so many problems from a leak in our bedroom to the toilet always clogging up, our air conditioner barely runs, maintenance comes when they want, we had a power outage over a week ago and our hallway lights are still out so we have to use flashlights off our phones to walk in the house, these apartments always stink , ants are all over the place, counter tops are just a mess, it’s just horrible here!! We looked at a few apartments and got approved at 2 so at this point we’re ready to just pay the $1,800 and get the hell away from this place!!!!"
