"DO NOT MOVE INTO APARTMENT 91 AT THIS PLACE. Apartment 91 has some sort of presence there, and after living there for a year I am more than happy to be out of that place. Not only did our family feel like something was in there with us but the apartments have many problems and it was nearly impossible to get maintenance there for months while we had a hole in our ceiling that leaked after every shower and bath. We left multiple letters for the maintenance man for a year and the hole is still there. Also management puts the heat on blast all winter long to the point where you have to open a window and it's 10 degrees outside. Overall grosvenor north is shady and not a great place to live."

"Save your money and move elsewhere. Management is a joke when trying to move out! I would rather sleep in my car then rent here and I've been here over 2 years. Rent has been raised on us twice and anytime we contact them regarding some thing for our apartment,the lady or whoever sits at the office has an attitude. Red flag."

"If I could give this complex negative stars I would. These are the worse apartments I’ve ever lived in. The apartments are old & out dated. The heat is control & it’s always to cold or to hot. I’ve had problems after problems with my tub & toilet leaking, which caused my kitchen ceiling to leak. Nothing was ever properly repaired & because of that my kitchen ceiling caved in causing water damage to the apartment & ruined a lot of my items. They did not cover my whole hotel bill & told me I need renters insurance which I pay through them but that insurance only covers their property not mine. The apartment has a mouse infestation problem. The laundry room is always filthy & the machines never work. This is a horrible place to stay!!! ***DO NOT MOVE HERE***"
