"Not sure if it is or just feels like a old building but maintenance could do a better job. Simple things like closet's doors broking weel/rollers, dirty carpet. Visible Ceilings vent holes. Missing or not working light bulbs. No breakfast (1day)"

"This is my first time staying at a Residence Inn, and I will never change, unless I absolutely have too. I've been missing out for too long. I Love ❤️ the functionality of the suites. The oversized queen bedroom and oversized shower, the full kitchen and oven, the pullout sofa and desk, has more than enough space to meet your needs.The gracious staff was always helpful and pleasant. The free hot breakfast, wifi, pool, gym, grill & fire pit is the icing on the cake. The Best Ever!"

"We stayed here for a large car show, the front desk manager was extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast staff was a bit overwhelmed with a full hotel, but they definitely did the best they could to keep up...but you might have had to wait for fresh food if you came during the rush. The room was clean and lovely, but the older AC unit had a hard time keeping the room cool with the summer heat and humidity. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and quiet."

"The location was good for my purposes, but there is really nothing nearby, other than a highway. The service really sucked. The hotel staff had me clean up a toilet overflow issue. In the breakfast area, one of the staff was rather rude. The rooms are poorly maintained. The smoke detectors were literally falling off."
