"Shovel the sidewalks. As soon as I walk out of my apartment I’m slipping on frozen footprints and dog droppings. They tried to come with a snowblower 5 days after the storm and everything is stuck frozen. Make sure you’re healthy and capable to go around obstacles if you live here. Never any lights in the hallways except one that comes on way late. I can barely see to put my key in the door."

"Giving 2 stars only because maintenance is quick but this is literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. Don’t live here unless you need to quickly get on your feet but even then, be prepared for a high dte bill. I am so happy my lease is up soon because this place isn’t it. Pros: -Fast Maintenance -Moderately priced rent (expect them to try to raise it a couple hundred bucks though) -Large apartment -Quiet Cons: -Apartment sinks & sink knobs we’re gross when I moved in. -Walls are paper thin -no hot water within 5 minutes of taking a shower or washing dishes -something breaks or stops working in my apartment every week. -dte bill always $200 and be prepared for random outages for hours. -$2 to use their washer and dryers which don’t work great and look filthy at times."

"Technically this is a zero STAR. They are unprofessional. The do not answer calls nore or less call back to inform you of anything. And when they do it is conflicting information. No one is one the same page. No to mention the management company York properties. When you call they send you to a base voicemail not liked to a specific person. That receptionist ther is nasty rude unprofessional and disrespectful. The apartment staff tell you things and say it is per York then York will say it is the per property manager on site. You never get definitive answers or information. We got to see this thank God before we got into a lease with these people. If there is any good reviews it is from there friends to try to draw in tenants. YORK has bad reviews as well And I put a review on there also"

"I love it here. Location is convenient to so many things. Office and maintenance staff are always pleasant and fulfill my requests in a timely manner. They even call to verify I'm satisfied after a request is done. Love the floor plan. It's quiet and safe besides occasional children playing or people enjoying the pool. One star was taken away because I wish they had washer/dryer hook ups. I'm not a fan of laundry facilities although it's clean when I use it. I also appreciate the continuous upkeep of the grounds (painting, vacuuming building hallways, re did part of the parking lot)."
