The management team is going in a very positive direction and it’s good to see what they are doing. I have checked out several other places and personally you won’t find a better community."

"We lived here for a year. Moved out in August 31st 2023. We gave them the requested 45 day notice of move out. We cleaned the apartment to a better condition than we got it. It’s has been over 55 days and they have not sent us an invoice or our security deposit back. I have called multiple times, there’s no email to contact. I keep getting told the property manager isn’t in and will call me back for the past 3 weeks. This is ridiculous, we will file a claim with small claims court if this doesn’t get resolved ASAP. Also the apartments are way too expensive for what you get, that’s why we left."

I called and emailed many many times to the property manager asking for return my deposit, but still no progress since September. You can never reach out to anyone in leasing office by calling them-1 out of 100 calls may work. They mess up my bills, I call them, no one ever picks up the phone....."

"Called this Apartment complex last week and asked to view their apartments and set up an appointment to view them at 1 pm on Saturday October 7th with an email confirming it. We left at 7 am CST to make sure we would get there on time only to pull up and see a handwritten note on the office door stating they were closed for the day and would Re-open on a Monday after we drove 4 hours to get there! This speaks VOLUMES as to way this complex is run. So unprofessional and despicable! We will not return as we have secured another apt in the same area that kept their appointment time! Stay away from this complex as they clearly have no customer service skills what so ever! We are in complete disbelief the way this apt complex treated us as we were ready to secure an apt! There are a ton of other reputable complexes in Canton. Stay away from this deplorable complex!"

"We rented a 2B2B apartment, it was spacious & had plenty of storage space. It is a friendly neighborhood, close to all convenient stores. Our lease term was for 1 year and we never faced any bad experience living here. The Kitchen had the upgraded stoves, oven and Microwaves. **Other Perks- Renting Clubhouse for private functions, $20 monthly for covered parking, Small Gym, racquetball court and swimming pool makes it a plus. Lindsey & Shantae at front office were responsive most of the time. **Things to improve** Response time for general services & maintenance are long. Each time we had to call/email the issue which is time consuming & difficult to track. The bushes & weeds were not maintained regularly. I had to email few times to get these trimmed."
