"Summit Creek management (Dawn Scott) had the audacity to delete my previous review... with that, as well as a lot of the other issues we currently have outstanding with them, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would like to start off by mentioning that when we first moved in, the apartment was a disaster. They would not let us take a walk through till the "apartment was ready and we signed all paperwork". Well, we were desperate and the state of the apartment was quite horrifying. Millions of bugs and spiders and a burnt out cigarette in the sink. Classy and "luxurious". NOT. Then fast forward to 2 years later and management is harassing us and claiming we can't pay rent online because of a power outage that happened almost 2 weeks ago. So... they want us to drive almost an hour away to drop the rent payment off. No THANKS."

"Looks are deceiving, this place is AWFUL!!! Management is rude and will discriminate and harrass you based off of your skin. I hear EVERYTHING my neighbors do, the walls are so thin. So if you end up with neighbors with young kids( which is almost everyone or just neighbors with no respect to you living next to them, you will dread living here. I hear cabinets slamming, kids screaming, neighbors conversations, and banging on my walls EVERYDAY, ALL DAY. I have to call the canton police for noise complaints almost every week because management does NOTHING. Negative 5 stars is my rating. Consider other option if you want a peaceful home environment."

"Justin and Angela in the office are great. The complex is neat, quiet and safe. It's close to just about any store you might need. The added feature of a garage for each apartment is fantastic. I am looking forward to moving in soon and making Summit Creek my home."
