"The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful, however, her manager, Letisha, was the rudest "manager" I have ever encountered. The young lady issued us our room, but sadly the room wasn't available; housekeeping was still cleaning the room (the room was supposed to be ready by check-in at 3pm, but it was now 4 pm and our room still wasn't ready). No biggie, right?! Well, instead of them just easily issuing us another room, this "manager," Letisha, thought it was good practice to make excuses and throw her housekeeping team under the bus, and then use the worst rude tone to us. She made the housekeeping issue my problem and kept speaking rudely to us and then demanded the young lady working with her to "make them another key." Letisha also thought it was good practice to not be respectful, not apologize for her poor management (because it was Black Friday - any good management would know to have extra staff on duty due to high volumes of people staying because of shopping surrounding her hotel), not apologize for having a room ready for us on time, but instead bantered, used an extremely rude tone, spoke disrespectfully, and then without even trying to make it right with us, she told me she could get me a refund! Isn't it the job of any manager to make your stay accommodating enough so you don't want a refund?! Well, not Letisha! She didn't want to own any of her actions and didn't want to make anything right. We will NEVER go back to that hotel or any other hotel if she works any where else. She should've been fired on the spot and that poor young lady working for her, you need to leave that establishment and find a better manager to work for that will teach you integrity and how to be respectful to clients. Letisha, you made our very short stay at that hotel, miserable! I'm so glad you refunded us so we could stay at a more lovely place about 10 miles away where the management staff smiled at us upon walking up to their front desk!"

"Terrible internet(like 250 kbps) and you’ve got to take the dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones and the attitude of the front desk woman was terrible - I’m glad they didn’t ask me to do the full housekeeping. Edit: @hotel_management I’m still checked in, about to complete my stay shortly, I have not seen any changes that would compel me to come back, the front desk woman is just as rude. I’d thank you not to make promises of hospitality you cannot keep"
"I've heard it said: "The fish stinks at the head." Whether it's the company themselves or just the manager of this property, something is very wrong. Upon check-in with cash, I was told that I needed a credit card... which was on file with my reservation. I presented the card but was told by the manager, Letiesha Brown, that I needed to go to Walmart and purchase a "prepaid card." So, I did. The manager ran the prepaid card more than multiple times and it kept declining. As I'm not familiar with the use of prepaid cards, I learned that it takes up to 2 hrs for some prepaids to load funds. I indicated that to the manager, however, she kept running the card. There was $500 on the prepaid card and she ran it 3 times for $570.07. No one I've spoken with understands why. One employee told me that she doesn't know why the manager did that because they don't accept prepaid cards. This manager made certain that I got no rest, no peace, nothing but lies for 3 weeks and ultimately cost me my Job. I made a reservation elsewhere and told her my check-in date is for the next day. But she had me thrown onto the streets that night (Saturday night, midnight) with some ot my belongings still in the room) It was truly a miracle that my service animals got out safely but were traumatized and spent until 3pm.the next day in our car. I'm a senior and mortified by her conduct. I've also heard it said: "The devil is a liar." She will tell you what a "big heart" she has but in reality she's wicked. Please Beware."
