"Updates on Jan 4, 2024 The manager was too sarcastic and somewhat rude. He told me that I am having too many complaints although I am a good person. He is talking too fast, saying that I am not speaking English well, and he covertly blamed that I cannot complain others' English speaking skills. He is clearly undermining the necessity of communication skill for hospitality service provider, and he is also ignoring customers' diversity. I don't think this hotel should not be recommended, and this hotel is not deserved any associated brand of Marriott. Dishwashing liquid detergent is not offered. The chair of the room is really squeaky. The toilet is connected to the closet, so the moisture and the stink could contact with clothes inside the closet. Some staffs are talking too fast by ignoring some foreign tourists, and some staffs are not able to speak English, so this hotel is sometimes not able to serve customers well. Diversity is good, but communication issue with English is critical problem in United States. English is an official language of United States. Also, sewing kits and toothbrush is not available as complimentary at this hotel. ------------------------------------ Looks good on the surface, but it seems that there is some flaws hidden inside. Some rooms are having some cosmetic defects including chips, scratches, and cracks on furniture. Sometimes, cleaning is not done well. Maintenance of the facility is not done well occasionally. Even though there is small kitchenette, no dishwashing liquid except dishwasher pods is provided. In other words, only dishwasher pods are provided. The fan inside the toilet is not operational. The water pressure of the toilet faucet is little bit weak. The front desk is sometimes late to respond during day times around 10a - 4p. Staffs are kind, but some staffs are not having good at speaking in English to communicate with customers. Front lobby smells good though, and there looks good. This hotel locates at quiet location except some vehicle engine sounds from nearby highways."

"Unfortunately I don’t waste my time writing fake reviews and I never said anything about the hotel not being lovey I actually like my two bedroom suite and I didn’t extend for 40 days it’s for 20 days but I see you know exactly who I am. And like I said it’s close to my job my son school and my home. The hotel has nothing to do with the staff which everyone has been extremely nice besides the one man I encountered at check in but he did give me clean towels last night and he had a better attitude. And if I could post photos I would because I definitely have them of the poop in the hallway and the dirty lien on the bed upon move in. And the night that all the running and noise was above me I wasn’t the only one complaining because when I went to the lobby it was a women there who was complaining of the noise as well and the employee on the night shift informed us that he’d already called the police about the noise complaints. Yesterday afternoon I called the front desk and asked for housekeeping to clean our room since no one has came to clean it and we’ve been here now for six days. I was told that he advised them to do so but when I returned from work yesterday evening no one had cleaned it. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. But since your the owner and have time to write back please make time to check the heat in my room because it doesn’t get very hot even on 82 and the cold water in the bathroom sink doesn’t work at all. But these are things that I’ve chose not to even bother staff about, my insurance company is paying good money to stay here along with a high pet fee. And like I said I will NEVER stay here again or recommend it to ANYONE."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at for experience and management. BE VERY CAREFUL When staying here because their room door electronic locks run out battery without notice or warning and YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ROOM with no help or solution. We got locked out at 1:00am and they have no override. They use some metal contraption that looked like a hanger Jimmy and it doesn’t work. The night manager was on phone with hotel manager who’s in his bed trying to explain how to slide a metal rod under door and jimmy it. This process took 3 hours as my family was sleeping on the hallway floor with no help. They offered us another room but our belongings, pet and medications were all stuck in the room. I was ready to call the fire department to bust down the door. And the ignorant manager would not come out of his house and come fix it and he had no override to the door lock. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND A DANGER. I mean they don’t even check their batteries and clearly this has happened many times before and that is why he invented this metal rod Jimmy thing. It looked like something a car thief would use to steal your car. After this nightmare I asked for some compensation for the room given the horrible experience and they refused!!! Can you imagine refusing to compensate you for locking you out of your own room that you paid for at 2:00am!!! So then I disputed the credit card charge and they claimed i had no case because I was able to get in and stay the night COMPLETELY LIED to the credit card company investigator they locked me out of my room for 3 hours in middle of the night. They also NEVER answer your phone calls, messages or emails. THEY ARE CROOKS AND WORST SERVICE. Your are at risk if you stay there, you have been WARNED."

"I arrived at the location three hours after check in time. The guy at the front desk was running around chasing his kid around the hotel lobby. I attempted to try Check in. Upon doing so, the front desk clerk told me that my room was not ready. I said, sir, it's 3 hours past the check in time.When will it be ready? His reply was he had no idea when the room would be ready. The front desk clerk then became very unprofessional and told me he would not honor my reservation. I tried contacting the management and the hotel staff. I was left on hold for a hour. I also try to contact the management the next day, and the manager told me that he will call me back in 15 minutes. No response yet. The hotel still charged me for the 2 nights stay that I did not receive. Upon my departure, there were several other customers in the lobby complaining that their rooms were dirt. I guess my whole problem is how do you have time to run around and chase a child around the lobby. The management the staff at this location is horrible!!!! I'll never return to be disrespected by Towneplace unprofessional staff and management team."

"This hotel meet all my expectations as amazing. Its, clean The lobby always smells amazing it's like a home living room setting. Who doesn't love that! Friendly respectable staff. It just make me feel like I'm at home very comfortable quiet."
