"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I moved here after losing my son last year and nothing on my 7 day check in was addressed! In the first week the tub spout fell off and it took maintenance over a week to rig it back on. My kitchen ceiling leaks. My kitchen sink fell in and it took them almost 2 weeks to repair it. When I run my dryer my entire upstairs gets stifling hot. The bathroom has continued mold. My maintenance requests are IGNORED! I sent my 30 day notice and after noticing the full rent loaded to the portal I reached out and was told to redo it and it will extend my move date! I'm told different things every time I talk to someone and management refuses to talk to you! I paid a $1500 security deposit and I'm sure they'll try to blame me for everything that's wrong but I have copies of my 7 day check in and pictures as well. The pool hasn't been available and I wasn't advised it would take over a year before signing my lease. The police constantly come requesting my ring camera footage bc there is always crime going on. They're more worried about planting flowers instead of updating these terrible units!!"
"I still have not received my holding deposit of $200 back from when I filled out an application on 08/24/23.I was given the run around it is now 2024 and still no money has been refunded to me. I became (am) frustrated after numerous attempts of driving to the lease office and I am not local to the area.I was forced to drive because no one answers the phone. When I did finally get in contact with someone they gave me a number to call in which they told me to call the office and they where confused as to why they would tell me to call them. After reading all the reviews today I am glad I did not move there but I still am owed my holding deposit back. Sam is really nice and does not belong there along with the young girl she trained. The rest thumbs down. I am glad my daughter did not choose this place to live I would have been so worried and I am glad I did not either. My daughter received her deposit but I am still waiting on mines."
"I'm a current resident , and I do not recommend them. Once you sign your lease, good luck getting ANYONE in the office who knows what they are talking about, or to answer the phone. It has been nothing but problems with their management team. On top of fraudulently charging late fees because they wait to cash money orders, or have their office staff tell residents late fees are being waived, and then still charge them. I already can not wait for my lease to be up so I can move. DON'T move here if you can help it."
"please if anyone is thinking of moving here do not. this place is nowhere near safe and you won’t have a day of peace living here. there’s always something new we had 5 robberies in the same night while there was a cop in the parking lot. people’s packages get stolen on the daily and a lot of things that have been stolen are very valuable like; passports, license plates, wedding dresses, $200 packages and more. the management does not care for any of the residents you can make hundreds of maintenance request and not receive anything back, you can complain, email, call and literally hear nothing back like no answer at all. you can go in person and they say they’ll do something but nothing will happen. a lot of building doors do not lock which is a safety issue for our residents. you get hit with fees that they never told you about and you will pay things you don’t even use. this place is a scam they don’t care for anyone or anything other than money. it’s sad and disgusting that they are allowing this to happen to residents and not do anything. there are a lot of other places you can go that are cheaper and the management takes care of their residents, but this place is not it. i warn almost every person i see on tours not to move here because it’s a nightmare but i really hope no one else moves here and all the current residents move out and leave this business with nothing and let them close this place down asap. PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE AND PEACE DO NOT MOVE HERE"
"DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!!! I would give negative stars if I could. BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE and TRASH COMPACTORS ALWAYS OVERFULL. Management and staff have no concerns for the health and safety of tenants! I have lived at the Crossings for exactly a year now. Upon move in I informed management about water damage in my unit. Even after many unanswered phone calls, maintenance requests, and visits to the leasing office the damages were never addressed/fixed. As time went on the mold has spread drastically to the point where it was making me sick living there. I have visited urgent care multiple times this year due to this mold exposure. Additionally, the drywall in my unit was so wet my hand went through the wall. So…the next morning I woke up to bats flying around my apartment that entered from the inside of the wall. All emergency maintenance did was stop by and put a janky piece of drywall over the hole. After going up to the leasing office an upwards of 10 times, emailing not only the property manager but the regional manager, and calling emergency maintenance…. NOTHING has been done about this issue. So I took matters into my own hands and called a City of Canton building inspector that came out and deemed my apartment unit unlivable. He also determined that multiple other units in my building have been affected. When I informed the landlord about this they offered me no where to go for displacement. So now for nearly a month my two cats and I have had no where to live without me paying out of pocket for hotel rooms. The apartment was tested for asbestos and the landlord refuses to give me the testing results. With nearly a month of me taking off work and constantly pushing this issue with management NOTHING has been solved or dealt with. Any questions/emails have been avoided or gotten no response. Not only are they putting me, but other residents at risk and I am REALLY concerned. Please save yourself the stress and choose an apartment that cares about you."
