"Everything about this apartment complex has been amazing from staff to amenities. For being on campus it’s peaceful and the neighbors can be extremely welcoming. The maintenance is phenomenal, Houston especially. He came in and not only fixed my issues was respectful polite and even showed me things that could help me in the future to fix myself. I’ve resigned multiple times now with no regrets."
"I moved in August 18, 2023. I've had a few minor problems here and there, but every time I went to the office and was able to have the issues resolved either within the same visit, or within a few days after (techs being busy on moving week might cause them to be a bit slower originally, which makes sense)! Carly, Camy, Lexi, and Aubree have all been incredibly wonderful and every visit to the office has left me happier than prior. I really like living here and I couldn't recommend it more. The townhome I'm living in is very spacious and gorgeous, I definitely feel like I'm getting my money's worth living here, and I hope to continue living here until I can afford to buy my own house one day!"
"MOLD. DIRTY. BROKEN. NOISY. Lived here during college and it was the WORST living experience in my ENTIRE life. Upon move in, the previous tenants had left many of their disgusting, mangled belongings in the home and the home was NOT cleaned. There was noodles stuck to walls, stains all over the walls, dust and dirt everywhere, windows so dirty you couldn’t even see out of them. I vacuumed my small room and the WHOLE vacuum filled up with dust and debri. The house was unimaginably filthy. We had mold in our bathroom and below our kitchen sink for MONTHS. Our kitchen window did not lock and it took months for them to fix it after they tried to convince us it would be fine??? Cat lived in the home before us. Carpets weren’t cleaned let alone even vacuumed. Our oven did not work. Our fridge was a rust bucket. And our deck was so full of mold and mildew that I wouldn’t even trust more than 1 person being out there at a time. To top it off, we had neighbors from hell. They banged on our walls and front door. Blared music until 3-4am every weekend. Threatened and harassed us. But despite much VIDEO proof and POLICE reports the management did NOTHING. Literally nothing. We even called the owners. *crickets*. Management issued the neighbors a written warning with absolutely no consequences, which only made the neighbors more irate. It became so bad we had to hire a lawyer to break our lease because the Bronco Club refused to move or kick out the other tenants even though they had dozens of lease violations. Any decent review you see is PAID for by the bronco club. They give tenants $$$ to write good reviews. That staff is rude and incompetent. The apartments are literal filth. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!"
"There’s so much to say about this place but I’ll try to keep it short. Expect to clean your entire unit upon move in and have most (if not all) of your security deposit kept at move out. Take pictures or keep copies of every single thing you ever say/turn in to the office. I fought for nearly 4 months while still living there and after move out for them to send me a copy of my move in inventory. For whatever reason I was told I could only have it after move out. One of the office girls ended up telling me it was lost so they had no way of knowing what damages were there at move in. When I told the manager of this, she told me it was untrue yet was still unable to provide it. Fast forward to my security deposit being returned. They kept $1000 so I disputed the charges and continued to press for my move in inventory to be sent to me. A month later I was informed they had “filed it away” and it could not be sent. At this point they returned my entire security deposit. They will try and squeeze every single penny out of you. I wasted so much of my time calling, emailing, and going to the office sometimes on a daily basis just to get any information. The manager is nearly impossible to speak with over the phone and the office girls try to be helpful, but are clearly instructed on what to say when someone asks for a manager. Please take note of the fact that the only good reviews on here are from people who still live there, not anyone who has moved out. Don’t think that if you leave your unit clean and damage free that you will get your money back. They will charge you for anything and everything even if it doesn’t exist. Be very thorough on your move in inventory and take videos/pictures. Below are photos of the conditions in which I found the apartment. The floor was several shades lighter after scrubbing all the grime off and there was trash in the dishwasher and on top of the cabinets."
"After 1 year of being a perfect resident with no missed payments and no late rent I wanted to move into a new unit within bronco club with a buddy that was an increase in rent by 140 dollars. Bronco club then charged me a 500 dollar fee for absolutely no reason just to move my stuff from one unit to another on top of the sec deposit and cleaning fee, which is nothing short of legal robbery. I would recommend finding another place of residence if you are a student and living plans are not permanent because these people don’t work with you at all and take advantage of students shorter term living plans."
