"Break ins are high during winter and spring break when most students are gone and the lot is empty. Check your basement lock AND barricade it! Invest in a hidden motion detection camera that sends pictures and live feed to the cloud, they're cheap now. Police won't help you if burglarized, only you can help yourself. Almost every neighbor here has had their bike locks cut, keep them inside. Maintenance is slow. The new leasing management is great.. well Sara is great, Donna will just straight up lie to you."
