Called me a N***** and told me see was going to evict me because she didn't like me.. she will literally give you a violation for the stupidest reasons to get you kicked out of she don't like you. She will talk about you to other tenants. This is what you have when you come to hilltop. On south burdick."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is literally infested with bed bugs and just recently roaches. My great Aunt moved here years ago and loved it at first. However, with the new owners this place has literally went to the dumps. The reason they had to redo all the apartments is because of a fire, since then it has gone to Hell. If you have any respect or care about the people that need a new home RUN AWAY from this place. We are currently moving my Aunt out of this bug infested place. The only way they will be able to be-rid the bugs here is if they burn this building to the ground."
