"Recently had an issue with the furnace and AC. The maintenance person, a nice guy, he could not figure out what the problem was. Was not hearing back on the problem, I reached out to Rinda in the office about the delay, she got her manager involved and I received immediate communication with the status, and update, and the next day a contractor came to resolve the issue. In today's world not not being able to find contractors I was impressed how quickly action was taken once the issue was elevated to management. Still very happy with my choice to move into Saddle Creek. Rinda is always great to work with also."

"Took my application money, put me on the waitlist, offered me an unrefurbished apartment months before my move-in window, which I declined. Then ghosted me. When I called back weeks later, they told me I had to go back to the end of the waitlist. They don't work with their applicants at all. Very inconsiderate."

"My experience living at Saddle Creek has been nothing less than exceptional! Rinda and the office staff are very friendly, helpful, caring people. I had minimal issues requiring maintenance but when I did put in a request, it was responded to within a day or 2. My dryer suddenly stopped working and within 2 days, the maintenance team had it replaced. The complex is very quiet and I have not had any issue with excessive noise or disturbances. The screened porch and community pool was awesome to have! Saddle Creek has also handled the COVID-19 pandemic well. They recently re-opened their pool with some modifications such as requiring residents to sign in every time so as to keep current and accurate contact tracing. Detached garages are available for an additional (and reasonable) monthly fee and are great for extra storage...however, they do get snatched up fast when they become available!! I needed to break my lease early due to moving to a different state and the general policy for that is to give 60 days notice and pay a lease breaking fee of 2X rent. When I told Rinda I would be moving and asked if there was a way to break the lease without additional cost, she was quick to respond and accommodated me exceptionally well. If you are looking for a quality place to call home, I would strongly suggest Saddle Creek Apartments!!"

"My fiance and I lived at Saddle Creek - The Preserve for four years. The property and amenities are very nice. They were quick to fix any maintenance issues we had, during or after hours! Having in-unit laundry was important to us and you get a nice little laundry room at Saddle Creek as well. We never complained about noise or our neighbors. The apartments are tucked back off the road so you don't get a lot of street noise either. We would highly recommend these apartments!!"
