"Glick Co is scummy they find a way to nickle and dime you. They are making us pay utilities that were included before now and still raised our rent look elsewhere."

"This lovely complex's administrative office just cost us a wonderful rental due to somehow managing to delete an email requesting a tenancy ledger. This resulted in another applicant getting their housing verifications completed before us and getting the rental despite starting the application process after we emailed The Addison. Honestly, that cannot bode well for anybody expecting greatness from this complex and is beyond frustrating to us."

"I’ve lived at Addison for 6 years, I’ll be here for another. Addison is a nice place to call home. The staff at the office and maintenance are always nice and willing to help. If I have a problem with something it’s always fixed quickly. I love that there are lots of trees and grass to enjoy. I think it’s a safe place for anyone Definitely recommend. So five stars from me."

"If I could go back, I would not have decided to move into the Addison. I lived there for 2 years where I was continually harassed by my downstairs neighbor. She clearly was struggling from some type of health issues but I was continually accused by her of recording her, hanging wires in her home, hiding people in my apartment, following her around her apartment, etc. to the point where she called the police on me multiple times. She would attempt to record the license plate number of every visitor I had, left notes on their cars telling them to leave, taking photos/videos and recording my coming and going. The office was notified of this continual harassment multiple times. Nothing was done. I reported this for months and months. No moves made, I just simply got forgotten about until I experienced more harassment and would write yet another complaint to the office, just for them to tell me I was the one who needed to transfer to a different apartment, where I would have had to pay MORE in rent for a worse apartment. This doesn't even include that while I lived there I had to call emergency maintenance 8 times because my water was only freezing cold. My balcony was almost completely unusable in the summer because of wasps, which you aren't allowed to spray for. I seriously suggest looking to live elsewhere, as they made it very clear to me in the 2 years of living there, they do not care about their residents."

"I honestly have mixed feelings about this complex. Moved in in September and things were going smoothly. Our air didn't work and they came to fix it immediately same day. Really awesome move in fees and deposits compared to other places which was nice. Fast forward to January. 1. I am just finding out that there is no pool which is super upsetting but partially my fault for assuming there was one. 2. It took over a month to fix our stove which completely didn't work at all. They said there was an issue with a parts supplier which I understand to an extent but i feel as though something more should have been done. We only got somebody over because we called literally 5 times in a week then suddenly they had the part, after 5 weeks. We love the outside fenced in area for our dog. Considering going elsewhere when our lease is up because while the backyard is nice the other missing amenities are proving to be a real issue. I was hoping for better considering we pay over 800$ a month"
