"My friend and I did a tour with Donna which was probably the best and most informative tour I’ve ever done. She explained everything regarding pricing , amenities, and the history of the property in great detail. Even offered ideas on furniture arrangement for the smaller unit’s. The property is very nice and well kept. The units are gorgeous and well laid out. I was all set to rent and found out about the non existent parking. Donna took me to the leasing office and the Property Manager Robin went above and beyond trying to find alternative parking. She and Donna called the local parking areas to try and find me a space. To my surprise and theirs , no one has parking monthly parking for at least 2 years that’s in reasonable distance nor price. With rents so high and no parking is unacceptable. People cannot live somewhere with absolutely no parking that’s not blocks away. Good luck renting!"

"We have a new property manager and new maintenance supervisor,they seem to be doing a great job so far I wasn't very happy at all before things weren't getting done since they've came in all our issues ha e bee. Fixed and addressed. GREAT JOB! KEEP IT UP!"

"Ever since Trinity Property Consultants/Red Tail Acquisitions/Whatever they're going by took over this property, it's been on their 3rd building manager within 5 months (lol). It's incredibly difficult to get ahold of them, and there have been several frustrations from paying rent, getting the air filters changed, etc. Not surprising since Trinity Property Consultants operating from California have several lawsuits for poor maintenance and management of their properties."

"The Rowe is once again a good place to live thanks to Robin. She is on top of things and responds right away even when on vacation. This place has turned around for the good since she has taken over! Great place to live in downtown GR. A+A+A+A+A+A+"
