"This apartment community is truly wonderfully. It has a playground for young kids, a well maintained pool and saunas in the bathrooms at the pool. I have enjoyed the fire pit outside the club house with my family several times. I have had such a positive experience with this company. They are attentive, and understanding of renters needs. I highly recommend renting from here. Only reason why I moved was to get into an actual house."

"Almost 3 months ago they cut out an entire panel of screening of my third floor, formerly screened-in, balcony. At the time, it was supposed to be fixed a few days after painting was completed. I’ve called the office many times over the past two months asking when it would be replaced and am told “this week”. Week after week it’s apparently never “this week”. I wonder how many weeks I could say I’ll pay my rent “this week” before they’d take action against me."

Although the apartments seem to be full, there is little noise outside or in the apt. common areas. The complex seems to be well run, & I appreciate it."

"I have lived at Lake Forest Apartments for the last 1 1/2 years and this is the best community I have lived in to date! It is like a family here - Heather, Stacy, Quinn, Kendall, and all the maintenance staff - everyone is always so professional, courteous, and always trying to do things for the residents and make sure we're all comfortable. I am convinced they view us as family. Truly. They go to great lengths to include everyone and do fun things - all while taking the appropriate current safety measures and appropriate social distancing guidelines to keep everyone safe. Since I've been here, there have been MANY events and happenings but just a few I'll mention here; they've had car washes for the residents, served us a breakfast on the go (had tables set up with breakfast items to catch people leaving in the morning for work), served a delicious spaghetti dinner (you come to the clubhouse, order what type of noodles and sauce you'd like, get a roll, and meatballs, and a desert - it was amazing), we've had a chili cook off competition (with a winner!), hot chocolate bar (everything you need to get your chocolate fix - even whipped cream to top off your mug), Christmas wrapping station supplying the residents with paper, etc. to lighten the load for us, Heather has made MULTIPLE homemade pies (apple, pecan, and pumpkin) to celebrate the first day of fall (the residents can come down and get a slice), one time Heather made a huge cream cheese ball with budding beef and set up this snack station with crackers to go with the cheeseball "just because", ice cream stations to make banana splits and they did a root beer float station also! - the events and fun things provided for the residents ... are endless. I've just listed only a handful. That's the family atmosphere Lake Forest brings to its residents. They genuinely CARE about us. And when it comes to the maintenance of the property, the outside of the buildings, common areas, the hallways, laundry rooms, each individual apartment - they act with purpose and speed. In other words, whatever I have ever needed or needed assistance with (in my entire time here) - they come out the same day, if possible - (always for an emergency they'll be here within minutes - definitely right away) or you can set up a scheduled day/time for the work order. They will typically make a follow up call to check that whatever you requested service for was handled properly and to your satisfaction. They do more than "work here" - they are owners. What I mean by that is - they OWN whatever "problem" comes across their desk. Never once and I mean NEVER once have I ever been made to feel like I'm bothering them if I have a need or request. The fact that Heather, Stacy, Quinn, Kendall & the maintenance staff "OWN" whatever comes their way (individually and together as a cohesive unit) - that says a lot about Lake Forest. It differentiates them from any place else. So many times, you can raise a concern to a property manager and it falls on deaf ears - they ignore and/or dismiss the observation made by the residents. Not here. Lake Forest has flipped the script on bad management - they love what they do, they own the issue - and then make it right again, and they want YOU to love where you live, too! If I were not moving out of state, I would want to stay here for good! You can stop looking for apartments - and move in HERE at Lake Forest! It'll be the best decision you've ever made for living arrangements!"

"I have lived here for more than 7 years. The office team and maintenance staff are excellent and have been from the start. They are friendly and efficient. Any time they needed to enter your apartment for maintenance, they cleaned up after themselves and left the apartment exactly as it was when they arrived. The community is great and the staff planned picnics and activities have made it very easy to get to know your neighbors. I am sad to go but excited for the new home I purchased. I would recommend this community to everyone."
