"We went to stay for the nite on new years eve. Rooms were okay. Pool was ice cold and the hot tub was broken. Staff was friendly. For being $190 a night for new years without the use of a pool (ice cold) and broken hot tub seems a over priced. I'll find another hotel in the future."

"Great location, rooms were very clean and nice, service was spectacular, and I literally walked to the store to get everything I really needed. Stayed for one night for work that I had in town, would recommend for short term and long-term stays. They could up their game on their breakfast, but other than that it was fantastic."

"Trust the reviews. I was here for a 10 day business trip and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For starters the room smelled like a sweaty old man. The pillows smelled as if they hadn't been changed. I ended up buying a blanket and pillow for my stay. The hotel was not clean at all. I dropped something on the bathroom floor and there was a dirty washcloth under the sink. No problem it may have been missed. I opened the curtain and there was a moldy mcdonalds sauce packet on the ground behind the curtain and beside the ac. On Friday night there was a group of girls running up and down hall knocking on doors. On Saturday night it was horrible. There were kids playing tackle football in the hall from 9 pm until after 11 pm. I tried to call downstairs and discovered the phone in my room did not work. So I walked downstairs and spoke to the front desk clerk who told me he was busy with other rowdy guest. As if things couldn't get worse when my coworker was reporting her cable not working and I was reporting my phone not working, a gentleman came down and reported he had found bed bugs in his room and was checking out. The only reason we stayed there is because it was the closest Hilton property to where we were working. This property is far from any Hilton property I have ever stayed at. I did call the customer service line and they pretty much said take it up with management. The only plus was there are tons of places to shop and eat. So the location is perfect the building is not."

"After my husband booked this we looked at the reviews and were a little skeptical when we arrived. Our two day stay was wonderful. All desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms and restrooms were clean and the night light in the bathroom was a nice little extra. Don’t worry about staying here at all. Also so close to anything you could want from shopping to eating to food to fishing licenses…"

"Cece was great. She was friendly and always helped when we had a issue (air conditioner was not working in our room she moved us no problem). Housekeeping was a little slack we had requested it and it never happened had to clean our room ourselves. But was great that our cats were able to stay with us, as we were staying there for the final days before moving back into our house."
