"Your phone number does not work listed on site, need automatic lights for trash room and door assistance in trash room. Also, huge gaps under doors and terrible lighting in apartments for elderly. Everyone is very friendly and seems to have little issues with tenants."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! I lived here exactly 365 days and it was a living hell! They rented me an upstairs apartment knowing that I had toddlers and it was old racist white woman beneath me who clearly doesn’t like children. She made complaints about my kids everyday of us there LITERALLY and the staff especially Stacy and Wendy both told me I shouldn’t be living in an apartment because of my children! Stacy asked the mail man about my PERSONAL business she will go out her way to ride pass my apartment everyday she is racist as well and she’s the property manager! HORRIBLE staffing I love Amber tho ❤️ DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!"

"I've lived in these apartments for just over four years. I feel they are better taken care of than other places I've lived. Things are replaced or checked on a regular basis. With this approach, many potential problems are prevented by doing things such as bringing someone in to determine which trees need to be removed or replacing all heaters in certain apartments rather than waiting for them to fail. When my washing machine broke, it was replaced by a brand new one that is super nice. Repairs are just a quick phone call or email away. In addition, the office staff are super wonderful. They get to know people really well. Amber makes me laugh all the time and Stacey is lovely as well. They make each resident feel like they belong in this community which is super diverse in all the ways diversity can be celebrated. Overall, I feel we get a better value for our money than friends who live other places who pay more and aren't taken care of as well. It's a great place and I plan to stay until I save up enough for a home."

"My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and have no complaints! The girls that work in the office are so friendly, professional, and responsive, even more friendly to our pup :) The apartments are nice and well-kept, our 1 Bedroom Kitchen is very spacious with lots of pantry and cupboard space. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious too! Our bedroom has TWO walk-in closets. We never hear our neighbors through the walls so they must be well insulated/sound proof or we just have quiet neighbors. The ground are well kept in the summers, green grass, landscaping. In the winter they keep the sidewalks clear of snow. (The only downside in the winter is that you cannot park on the street in the nighttime hours, but that's city ordinance, not Park Terrace rules. There are plenty of parking lots spaces to make up for it.) They have a couple of playgrounds throughout the complex and sidewalks. Maintenance never enter the apartments without permission (we know because we have nanny cams for the dog), and if they are going to enter for routine check-ups - they send a notice to give at least a week's notice. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, neighborhood-feel apartment complex. :)"
