"Staff was very helpful and my stay was good"

"Great location, the lady at the front desk was nice.. Now for the negatives- The main door hits the jam and drags the floor so you have to force it open and close, the toilet tank would fill back up every 5 minutes, the shower head sprays all over, ref stain on a pure white towel, the shower curtain has a bunch of holes in it, TV has a bunch of black lines throughout the whole screen, the windows are so dirty you can't see through them. Oh and the free coffee down by the office is not fresh or hot.. I guess ya get what ya pay for.."

"We are currently staying at the hotel. And I have never seen staff like at this hotel. I have a 5 year.old and we was staying on October 31st and due to a record snow storm in the town of Muskegon, trick or treating was cancelled! The staff and other guest at this site made it possible to "trick or treat" for not only our child but others that was staying here also. The staff is absolutely amazing. It is very clean and friendly. I recommend everyone visiting or needing a place to stay stay here...you will not be disappointed at all."

"I had a lot of problems at this location, and it does not provide many facilities. Pros: -Good location for Michigan Adventure trips due to its close proximity -Restaurant and convenience store in parking lot -Bed was clean and well made with decent sheets -AC works well Cons: -NO EXTRA TOWELS. 2 guests were provided 2 towels for a 3 night stay. I would have no problem with this, if when i asked for another the next day there was even a single one i could have. I was given 2 hand towels instead and they stated they had no extra towel in the whole hotel. Asked the next night, same response. Never seen this in my life, and this by itself would stop me from coming back. Ridiculous -Floors of room were sticky to the touch in 2 different spots, one in front of the fridge and one by the bed. -TV barely has any available channels, was a small size, and the remote barely worked. The channel guide provided was useless, and listed a lot of channels that were not purchased to be provided. -No continental breakfast provided. -Staff was not particularly pleasant, but it was busy so this was less impactful to rating. I wouldn't stay here again. Price was right for a bad place I guess."

"The carpet in the hallways and the room was so so dirty. For $220ish a night I didn't expect fancy but please have the carpets cleaned professionally at least 2-3 times a year. My kid put clean socks on upon arriving and within 1 hr the bottoms were black! Also the shower curtain was ripped at the top, the bathroom vent was caked with dust. The room and hallway walls were in heavy need of a paint job as well. Will not recommend unless some cleaning and painting are done. I feel the room curtains should be either washed or replaced. The front desk lady seemed nice at least even though the ceiling above her was covered in holes."
