"First, my husband arrived at the hotel before me and they refused to allow him to pay for the reservation and get into the rooms... after a TON of calling back and forth and sending photos to verify they finally allowed him to get it- but seriously, he has the same last name, same address, everything matched up and he is well over 21. The only thing the reservation said is you must be 21+ to check in, it didn't say ANYTHING like only the person who made the reservation can check in. Second, the hotel smelled SO bad of weed. It was sold out the night we arrived, and it was so noisy and smelled horrible. The rooms looked like they were patched together. The bathrooms were gross and the toilet was not secured to the floor. The warer pressure was super weak. The floor in our room moved when we walked. The floor literally flexed beneath our feet, which was really unnerving. Pool water is supposed to be clear- it is FAR from clear here. The "spa" hot tub was tinged brown. No pool towels were available, and guests were screaming and arguing at other guests in the unattended pool/arcade area. There is no elevator here. The hotel does seem to be going through some renovation, as there was a sign on the "business center" door stating such. I wouldn't ever go back to this hotel."

"Bedbugs! Lots of them. Stayed on 1/18/2024. Chose this hotel as it is close to the hospital where my wife was a patient .Woke up in the AM to find a bedbug sharing my pillow and bedbug feces all around. Pulled back mattress and discovered a huge colony of them under my mattress.. Manager unable to comp my room rate due to my reserving through a third party. Still waiting for Chase Visa to resolve this."

"Absolutely terrible. We first got a room with the walls molding and you could smell it in the room. Along with a strong cigarette smell that was lingering. We asked to move rooms and it was much better until we noticed the blood stains on the ground, brown stains on the bed sheets, and freezing cold water. We went down to talk to the front desk and all they asked was if we wanted another room. Would not recommend, you can find multiple different hotels close by 15 dollars more a night."

"Everything was great until we try to go to the pool. There was about 15 kids and maybe three adults. Kids were throwing footballs having splash fights in and out of the hot tub. Not a very enjoyable time. They were unruly no supervision. You really need to have an hour just for an adult time so we can enjoy the pool without getting hit by a football or splash pad. Bunch of unruly kids. Besides that everything else was great. Rooms are great. Breakfast is great. The lady at the front desk was awesome. I would recommend this hotel, and I would come back again."
