"We are very disappointed with our experience with Austen as a realtor. We scheduled to visit a house for a viewing in Charlevoix this past weekend and no one showed up. We live down state and used 3 hrs driving with our toddler on family vacation time to view this house. We called, emailed and text messaged Austen with no response. Here it is in the middle of the week and I still haven’t received any follow up call or message in response. We will not be dealing with him or his company in the future and I would not recommend him. Highly unprofessional."
